I chose to work with Jordan based on prior online reviews. I knew that this would be a different home purchasing experience because of the crazy market, as well as the complication of making one weekend visit then finishing from another state. Jordan made the process easy from the very first contact. He listened to the requirements and things that we wanted, respected our budget, and offered consistent help with narrowing down our choices. When it came time for our two day house hunting trip, he was attentive and well-prepared with multiple homes that met our needs lined up to see. During the negotiation process he was extremely helpful, offering suggestions on where to push and where to give. The inspections and closing were all handled remotely, and Jordan not only attended each one and made sure that we received the results quickly, his preparation and competence were complimented by the inspector directly to me. This was by far the best home buying transaction that I have experienced, due in large part to Jordan. I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy/sell in the DC area, that you work with Jordan.

Because we do not live in the area in which our new home was being purchased we relied on Jordan, his knowledge, experience, efforts and his expertise for literally everything concerning the transaction, from locating the unit we fell in love with, providing his walk through videos, attending inspection all the way through close of escrow and even we’ll beyond when we continued to need help for post-purchase little things. Jordan went above and beyond all we could ask for by providing very responsive and reliable assistance every step of the way. We also were so impressed at his highlighting military experience and how transfer orders come into play, which is what brought us to him, and we will undoubtedly not only use him again ourselves if needed but will give him every referral possible. Made the entire experience during this tough real estate climate manageable and we are delighted at the results.

Jordon is the best agent I’ve had, I’ve sold 5 houses in total, in 2 states. He went out of his way to help coordinate everything, even when we moved to another state, he made sure our contractors did top quality work, helped us with a cleaning company, and helped negotiate above our asking price when we received multiple offers. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if I were going back to the DC/Quantico area. He knows the area very well and delivered on everything he promised. Based on his ability to do everything remotely for us , he would also be an excellent agent for anyone in the military, coming to , or selling south of DC .
